Attorney David L. Schneider after over 25 years of public service is in private practice with the McKinnon Law Firm

David L. Schneider  joined the Mckinnon Law Firm in 2015 after many years of legal service with the State of Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Administraton.  With a background in public service starting with the city of Fort Smith and the Arkansas Workers Compensation Commission, David brings much experience to the clients he represents.   During his career with the Arkansas Workers Compensation Commission, he providing advice, information and assistance to workers, employers, insurance adjuster, attorneys and others. Further he mediate disputed claims and approve settlements. Lastly writing opinions deciding trial or appellate cases.

Today at the McKinnon Law Firm, David works to achieve results for Workers’ Compensation clients.
